I am a UX designer with a background in computer science and technical design. I have a tireless interest in psychology, coffee and usability testing. I like to solve difficult problems.
SmartPet solves the major pain points of similar geofencing apps across the industry: it removes annoyance, panic and jargon from experience by making tech working seamlessly and invisibly in the background.
Best Coffee Guide saved me from bad coffee, so I wanted to save them from bad UX. This project is a give-back to the people who contributed to putting specialty cafés on a map.
Since childhood I was passionate about drawing, mathematics and geometry. I have a background in architecture, where I've learnt that you can never ignore context. And I soon found myself doing design work as I could help more people, and faster.
But I've always been criticised by most managers and clients for asking "Why?" too often, so the decision to transition to UX was a major relief for my natural curiosity about what people actually want and need.
